The Zante
Advertiser, winter edition, is available every week from the
first week in November. Different from the Summer
edition as it is aimed at the local English speaking
community. Much smaller run, but weekly as many things change more
quickly in the winter. The main resorts are closed
from the end of October until the first week in May so it is
only a few bars and restaurants that open for either, all or
part of the winter.
Zante town
remains open especially for special occasions but the
opening hours will differ especially for Christmas and other
holidays.
We will give events that are
happening on the island on the events calendar, so please
let us know of anything that is interesting. Please
include any Greek exhibitions, music or other items.
